Welcome to my online store. I sell original photo cards of botanical subjects that can also be used as frameable art. They have been produced using a paper and ink combination that will resist fading under glass for generations. The vibrant, saturated colors were achieved by shooting with a digital slr in raw mode and processing in both Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. I have been a landscape designer and horticulturist for over 20 years, though I have an education in art & photography and worked for a few years as an editorial photographer. I currently live in Santa Barbara, Ca and work all over the Central Coast. Southern California is home, not only to it's own beautiful natives, but to plants from around the world - specifically plants from regions with similar Mediterranean climates.         In addition, you will find a selection of jewelry items, designed and handcrafted by myself. I enjoy using freshwater pearls and sterling silver in combination with other natural materials as well as flower beads or motifs. The pieces are limited edition or one-of-a-kind and attention to detail is given to both design and function. In many instances, the necklaces either break apart to be worn as separate pieces or the clasp has been used in a "make-your-own-design" way.
